Say hello to Vegas Rat Rod’s 1928 Sedan diesel rat rod that is probably one of the most powerful rat rods out there. Obviously, Rat Rodders know a way to bring classic cars and some pretty unique engines back from the grave. We’ve seen many awesome combinations before but, this particular rat rod is something else. First of all, we have never seen or heard of a smoke-spewing dragger before.
The inline 6-cylinder Cummins turbo diesel was taken from a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 and cranks out amazing 1270 ft.-lbs of torque. If you’re having any doubts whether this thing can carry such a heavy engine, no worries, Steve took care of everything. With staggering 11.6 seconds at 118 mph (1/4 mile time) this is one of the most wicked rat rods in the world, and believe us when we say that the burnout in the video definitely won’t disappoint you!
